Device class for the Keithley 4200, which communicates with the 4200 via the ATV Interface for Keithley 4200. Communication takes place via WCF. On the one hand, this intermediate layer enables remote communication with the 4200, and on the other hand, a 64-bit application can communicate with the 32-bit LPT library on the 4200.
